  • Supervised the development operations and donor engagement teams for the museum.

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of all donor stewardship touches, engagement opportunities, and external communications.

  • Collaborated closely with the marketing team and other museum departments in the writing, content creation, review process, and editing of all donor communications including monthly campaign updates, fundraising appeals, weekly e-news, social media, and the member magazine, Portal.

  • Planned the in-person activation and digital engagement plan for PAM’s 129th Birthday Celebration.

  • Supported the planning and execution of the in-person 2022 Cinema Unbound Awards.

  • Managed the donor pipeline and created weekly fundraising progress reports for the team.

  • Led the weekly portfolio review for all relationship managers, contributing to the strategy for soliciting and stewarding support.

  • Created the monthly talking points and fundraising reports for the Finance Committee, in addition to other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Drove the strategy and execution for all donor communications, engagement opportunities and events, contributing to the success of a historic $170 million campaign.

  • Launched and directed the events program that included an annual philanthropy conference, quarterly stewardship events, an annual planned giving event, donor dinners, impact program visits, and the groundbreaking and grand opening of the Kent Y.

  • Shared analysis and updates with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Worked with the marketing team and vendors in the design and production of all donor communications, including quarterly the donor newsletter, Impact, annual report, campaign appeals, program fliers, and videos.
